1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ImageConvertNow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

ImageConvertNow provides a suite of online image processing tools, including but not limited to format conversion, compression, resizing, background removal, and smart generation tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, process, or create using our tools. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others.

Specifically, you must not use our tools to:

  • Process or distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or exploit the platform's infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the images you process using our tools. The processed output belongs to you, provided you have the legal right to the original input material. The ImageConvertNow brand, logo, codebase, and design are the intellectual property of ImageConvertNow and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ImageConvertNow expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImageConvertNow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
